This office is responsible for the accounting and reporting of the Town’s financial transactions.
These duties include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Special District Billings.
Special Districts
The Town of Southeast manages the following districts:
-Brewster Heights Water District
-Starr Ridge Water District
-Fox Hill Water District
-Mountain Brook Water District
-Peaceable Hill Water District
-Blackberry Joint District
-Blackberry Water
-Blackberry Lighting
-Blackberry Park
-Hillcrest Water District
-Springhouse Water District
-Fields Lane Improvement District
Bills are sent out each quarter, January, April, July and October.
Blackberry Lighting and Fields Lane are only billed once a year in January.
Blackberry Park is billed three times a year, January, April and July.

Payments can also be made in person at Town Hall.
If bills are not paid within 30 days from the date of the bill a 10% penalty will be applied.
Please note that any unpaid balances as of September 30 of each year are levied to your Property Tax Bill due in January of the following year and can be paid then.
