Architectural Review Board
The Architectural Review Board was established by the Town Board in 2000 and consists of five members serving three year terms. The ARB was created to help protect the visual environment of the Town and to ensure that development projects meet certain aesthetic guidelines in order to preserve the Town's residential and commercial streetscapes.
The Architectural Review Board acts as an advisory board and provides counsel to the Planning Board and the Zoning Board of Appeals in determinations on projects under consideration. All commercial projects are reviewed by the ARB as well as major residential subdivisions.
Members of the ARB serve a term of three years and must be residents of the Town of Southeast.

The Town of Southeast Architectural Review Board meetings are held at the JOHN DUNFORD CIVIC CENTER, 1360 Route 22, Brewster, NY 10509 on the 4th WEDNESDAY of every month at 7:30pm.
The submission deadline is two weeks prior to the ARB meeting. 2012 Meeting Dates and Submission Deadlines are as follows:
