All dogs (even those who remain indoors) must be registered. This is a New York State requirement. To register your dog, you must have a current rabies certificate. If the dog was spayed or neutered, please bring in proof. The cost is $7.50 for a spayed or neutered dog and $15.50 for all others. Albany will mail you a renewal form each year.
