Offices and Court are located at the1360 Route 22, in the New Town Hall.
Court Sessions:
2nd, 3rd & 4th Tuesday at 6pm
1st Tuesday at 3pm
1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th Thursday at 3pm
The Town Justices preside over the Town Court and hear cases for matters that occur within the boundaries of the Town of Southeast. The Village of Brewster has a separate Court, at Village Hall, for matters taking place within the Village boundaries.
The Town of Southeast Courts are in the top three percent of the busiest courts in New York State.
