REGULAR SESSION:
- METRO PCS LLC CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, 87 Hillside Park – This item was on the agenda for a review of a proposed co-location and monopole extension, to initiate the SEQRA process and to set a public hearing date. Lucia Chiocchio, Esq. of Cuddy & Feder appeared before the Board on behalf of her client. The resolution indicating this project is a Type II action for purposes of SEQRA, and including a referral to the ZBA for a height variance as well as to set a public hearing date of June 14, 2010 was introduced by Chairman LaPerch, seconded by Boardmember DiBella and passed 7-0 in favor.
The motion to accept the minutes of the April 26, 2010 meeting was introduced by Chairman LaPerch, seconded by Boardmember Alvarez and passed 7-0 in favor.
The motion to close the meeting was introduced by Chairman LaPerch, seconded by Boardmember DiBella and passed 7-0 in favor.
