Construction Site Stormwater Runoff Control

The Town of Southeast will continue to review site plan and subdivision applications for compliance with local and state construction-period stormwater management practices. The Town of Southeast currently reviews site plan and subdivision applications for compliance with all applicable construction period stormwater regulations. In addition, the Town of Southeast currently provides an opportunity for public comment on all site plan and subdivision applications including erosion and sediment control construction plans included in those applications.

The Town is currently working on providing more information for site operators regarding the requirements of the erosion and sediment control plan, and the stormwater pollution prevention plan.
