Southeast is one of the fastest growing municipalities in Putnam County. Brewster Village, approximately one square mile, is located in the center of the Town. Town government works with the Village, County, State and Federal Agencies to enhance life in Southeast.

Putnam County is located conveniently between Westchester and Dutchess Counties in the Hudson Valley. Just one hour via car from New York City, the county has a rich historical and picturesque landscape.
