Brewster Fire Department	The Brewster Volunteer Fire Department and Ambulance Corps serve the entire Town of Southeast. The department's headquarters are located at 501 North Main Street

Watershed MOA	The MOA, signed on January 21, 1997 establishes NYC land acquisition requirements, sets more stringent New York City Watershed Rules and Regulations, activates the NYC Watershed Protection and Partnership Council and other partnership committees, initiates NYC watershed protection and partnership programs, and details other watershed protection provisions

US Fish & Wildlife Service National Wetlands Inventory	Property owners are advised that Town of Southeast regulated wetlands, as defined in Chapter 78 of Town Code, may be of any size and may not appear on any of the maps available through either NYSDEC or US Fish & Wildlife Service. These links are provided for reference only. Property owners who think they may have wetlands on their property are advised to consult with a professional engineer or wetland scientist prior to making application to the Town of Southeast.
