Tony Hay is serving his second four-year term as Town of Southeast Supervisor since his re-election in 2015. Tony served 19 years as a Putnam County Legislator, during which time he served for three terms as Chairman of the Putnam County Legislature and seven terms as Chairman of the Putnam County Audit Committee. For 36 years he was a self-employed businessman in the Town of Southeast before retiring in 2007. Tony is a US Marine Corps Combat Veteran who served in Vietnam where he earned a Purple Heart. Tony is a 61 year Southeast resident who graduated from Brewster High School in 1965.
Edwin is serving his second term on the Town Board, having been elected in 2012 for a three-year term and re-elected to a second term in 2015. Prior to serving on the Town Board, he served on the Town of Southeast Planning Board for four years. He is a U.S. Army Veteran and has worked 25 years in the Healthcare industry as a Radiology Administrator with a Master’s in Healthcare Administration/Minor in Health Informatics. Edwin is a 21 year Southeast resident, married 25 years with one child, who graduated from Brewster High School and is now attending Northeastern as a pre-med student. Edwin also is on the Board of Directors of Hudson Valley Regional Community Health Centers.Edwin is the Town Board liaison to the Architectural Review Board and the Zoning Board of Appeals.
Re-elected in 2015, Lynne is serving her second term in office. She has lived in Southeast for 38 years and raised her family here. Lynne has been self-employed in Southeast for the last 29 years. She sold her small garden center in 2012 and still works in garden design. She currently serves on the CAP (Community Action Partnership) Advisory Board. Since her election in 2011, Lynne has worked with the New York State Department of Environmental Protection, the Putnam County Land Trust and the Concerned Residents of Southeast Board to create the Diverting Reservoir Trail: a scenic walk a stone’s throw from the Village of Brewster. Lynne is Town Board liaison to the Historic Sites Commission, Brewster Library, the Planning Board and the Highway Department.
Elected in 2018, Eric is serving his first term on the Town Board. Prior to serving on the Town Board, he served on the Town of Southeast Planning Board for two years. Eric and his wife Jeanette are both lifelong residents of Southeast and both graduated from Brewster High School. They are looking forward to raising their daughter, Antonia, in the community they know so well. Eric has over 15 years of corporate work experience and is currently the Director of Business Analysis specializing in business process improvement and data analysis. Eric is Town Board liaison to the Planning Board and Special Districts Department.
