Wells Day Camp 98 Oak Street, Brewster, New York 10509 (845) 279-5979 Welcome to Wells Camp 2004. Our summer program is available to children Nursery age 3 through 11 (may not turn 12 before August 20, 2003). Wells Park is located on Oak Street in the Village of Brewster. This facility features a pond/pool swimming area, two tennis courts, ball fields, playground, a basketball court, a Pavilion and more. We offer a mix of activities designed for fun and new experiences. Camp will open Monday, June 28th and end on August 20, 2004. Camp hours are 9am to 5pm. There will be no camp on Monday, July 5th . Campers may enroll for the entire EIGHT weeks or any combination. A $50.00 non-refundable family registration fee must be submitted with your application. Payment must be made in full before your child begins camp unless you are participating in the payment plan. No partial payments. Before and After care is available for all campers. This service will be provided from 8 - 9AM and 5 6PM. The fee is $5.00 per AM or PM session. If you arrive before 8:55AM you will be charged. Payment is due each day. MANDATORY SIGN IN AND OUT IS REQUIRED FOR EARLY & LATE CARE! Sick days are forfeited unless a doctor's note is submitted. Children will not be accepted into camp unless all forms are completed and returned, they are on the attendance schedule for the week and payment is current. (Forms will be sent upon registration.) You can call the office at 279-3915 to add additional days or weeks by the Thursday of the previous week. Due to our increased enrollment you may be closed out of weeks, please register early. There will be $25.00 fee charged for weeks or days changed. Please choose carefully as they are firm commitments. We have added new indoor facilities as the Wells Camp site that will enable us to stay at camp rain or shine. Continuous beautification projects are planned for this season.
