(Offices and Court are located at the Civic Center at 67 Main Street, in the Old Town Hall below the Southeast Museum, off the Gold Parking Lot. The entrance is at the rear of the building on the lower level.)         

Office Hours:     9am to 4pm, Monday-Friday

Court Hours:       1st, 2nd & 3rd Tuesday at 6pm

                         4th Tuesday at 3pm

                         1st, 3rd & 4th Wednesday at 5pm

                         2nd Wednesday at 5pm

The Town Justices preside over the Town Court and hear cases for matters that occur within the boundaries of the Town of Southeast (the Village of Brewster has a separate Court for matters taking place within Village boundaries).

The Town of Southeast Courts are in the top three percent of the busiest courts in New York State.
